Frequently asked questions

A Conversion Flow is a single workflow consisting of one trigger (i.e. a Gravity Form is submitted) and an unlimited number of actions (i.e. Send a conversion to Google Analytics, Send a conversion to Google Ads, etc).

So for example, if you just have one main contact form on your website and you want to send conversions to a few different ad platforms and analytics tools, then you would only need 1 flow.

But if you have a contact form powered by Gravity Forms plus you have a scheduling widget powered by Calendly, then you would need 2 separate flows (one for the Gravity Form and one for the Calendly widget).

A site is essentially a top-level domain (i.e. converly.com). So if you have multiple websites all on the same domain (i.e. the main marketing site at converly.com and then another website at app.converly.com) then these would all just be counted as one site. However, if you have multiple websites at multiple different domains (i.e. converly.com and conversion.com) then these would be two separate sites for billing purposes.

Very reliable. Converly is hosted on the same infrastructure used by Netflix, Spotify, AirBnB, Adobe, Reddit, Pinterest and more so you can trust that it will always be available. Furthermore, we run over 1,000 tests on Converly each week, across hundreds of different browsers and devices, to ensure the data it provides is accurate.

Very secure. We don’t actually get access to the contact details of your lead at all. Converly simply listens for form submissions (or meeting bookings or chat conversations), and then sends a conversion event to your chosen ad platform or analytics tool. At no point in time does any contact information for your leads get processed or stored by us.
